How we work
Built around the plant you already run.
We start from your existing process and systems, integrate rather than replace, and hand over something your team can actually operate.

- 01We walk the floorBefore proposing anything, we map how your process actually runs today — including the spreadsheets and registers.
- 02We integrate, not replaceExisting SCADA tags, PLCs and weighbridges feed the system. No rip-and-replace of equipment that works.
- 03We go live in stagesOne plant or one module first, proven against real data, then extended once your team trusts it.
Role-based access
Operators, supervisors and finance each see only what their job needs — enforced in the application, not by convention.
Deploy where you want
Run on your own servers or on cloud infrastructure you control. Your data stays under your governance.
Security reviewed each release
Dependency and access review before every deployment, with findings shared openly rather than buried.
A named engineer
Support goes to someone who knows your plant and your install — not into a generic ticket queue.
Recognition
An Indian company building for Indian industry.
Recognised nationally and by the state of Chhattisgarh — which matters less as a badge than as what it says about where our engineers are and who they answer to.
- Registered Indian entity — straightforward for procurement and GST
- Engineers on the ground in Chhattisgarh, near the plants we serve
- Built and supported in India, not resold from overseas

Common questions
The things buyers ask us first.
Most deployments run 3 to 6 months end to end, depending on how many plants and modules are in scope. A single unit with a focused module set can go live sooner; a multi-site integrated plant with legacy data migration takes longer. We scope this properly before quoting rather than giving a number we can't hold.
That's the usual starting point. We integrate with existing SCADA, PLCs, weighbridges and accounting systems rather than asking you to replace them. Where a system has no API, we work from its database or file exports. If something genuinely can't be integrated, we'll tell you before the project starts.
Your data stays yours. We can deploy to your own servers or to cloud infrastructure you control, and access is role-based so operators, supervisors and finance each see only what they need. We'll walk your IT team through the architecture before anything is installed.
Our deepest experience is in steel, sponge iron and ferro alloys, cement, power, mining and rolling mills — heavy process industries where downtime is expensive. We also support trading and distribution, construction, education, healthcare and finance through our software products.
Yes. Every engagement includes a named point of contact, not a generic ticket queue. Support covers updates, user training for new staff and help when your process changes. We'd rather keep the system fitting your operation than hand it over and disappear.
Usually the best approach. Many clients begin with one plant or one module — condition monitoring on critical assets, or inventory and dispatch — prove it works, then extend. It lowers the risk for you and gives us real operating data to tune against.
Still deciding? Work out what downtime is costing you — it takes about a minute and needs no sign-up.
What our clients say
Representative examples of the outcomes we build towards for manufacturers, plants and growing businesses.Production, dispatch and accounts finally read from the same numbers. Month-end close that used to take a week of reconciling registers now runs in a day, and nobody is chasing a supervisor for a handwritten log anymore.
Operations Head
They integrated the weighbridge and our existing SCADA tags rather than asking us to change how the plant works. That is the whole reason the rollout stuck where two previous vendors' pilots quietly died.
Plant IT Lead
Batch and expiry tracking used to live in a spreadsheet someone updated at the end of the day. Now it is real time, and returns from expired stock are down enough that our distributors noticed before our finance team did.
Supply Chain Manager
The vibration alerts gave us three weeks' warning on a gearbox that would have taken the line down mid-campaign. We swapped it during planned maintenance instead of an emergency shutdown, which alone paid for the sensors.
Maintenance Manager
Stock visibility across three warehouses in one screen instead of three phone calls. We are holding noticeably less inventory and still have not run short on a fast-moving line since we switched over.
Director
OEE reporting went from a manual end-of-shift tally to a dashboard the floor supervisors check unprompted. Scrap is down and, just as useful, we can finally see which shift or machine a problem actually started on.
